The Concert Band at Pleasant Valley High School provides a great community service to our city and school. Not only is the band committed to communtiy service, it also provides its' students with a unique learning opportunity in the world of music and culture. Students are constantly challenged by the technical aspects of performance, but also as thinking, feeling individuals who must be able to convey the many emotions contained in their music. Team spirit thrives in this group, and many students are appointed leadership positions.
